General Terms and Conditions of Location Marketing

1. We act solely as an intermediary and accept no liability for the course of the respective event. When a booking is made, the accommodation or service contract is concluded between you and the respective contractual partner. All claims and obligations arising from the contract exist directly and exclusively between the person making the booking and the contractual partner selected by him/her.

2. Our activities of arranging event locations and hotels are free of charge. Services that go beyond this will be charged separately and require a written agreement.

3. We kindly ask you to place your search order with only one agency. You can be sure that you will receive your offer with all possible hotels or locations shortly. Parallel enquiries damage the good cooperation with hotels and locations and cause unnecessary work.

4. All the data you provide will be treated confidentially and will only be made available to the companies with which you wish to conclude a contract.

5. According to your specifications, we will research and submit several alternatives for you to choose from. Please inform us immediately of any changes to your order.

Data protection

In the following we would like to inform you about our privacy policy. Here you will find information about the collection and use of personal data when using our website. We comply with the data protection laws applicable in Germany. You can access this declaration at any time on our website.

We expressly point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) is subject to security gaps and cannot be completely protected against access by third parties.

The use of the contact data in our imprint for commercial advertising is expressly not desired unless we have given our prior written consent or a business relationship already exists. The provider and all persons named on this website hereby object to any commercial use and disclosure of their data.

Personal data
You can visit our website without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (such as name, address or e-mail address) is collected on our pages, this is done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. If a contractual relationship is to be established between you and us, or its content is to be developed or changed, or if you send us an enquiry, we collect and use personal data from you insofar as this is necessary for these purposes (inventory data). We collect, process and use personal data to the extent necessary to enable you to use the website (usage data). All personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the stated purpose (processing your enquiry or handling a contract). Retention periods under tax and commercial law are taken into account. By order of the competent authorities, we may provide information about this data (inventory data) in individual cases, insofar as this is necessary for the purposes of criminal prosecution, to avert danger, to fulfil the statutory tasks of the constitution protection authorities or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service or to enforce intellectual property rights.

Use of Google Analytics with anonymisation function

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”, on our website. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by these cookies, such as the time, place and frequency of your website visit, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google in the USA and stored there. We use Google Analytics with the addition “_gat._anonymizeIp” on our website. In this case, your IP address will already be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and thus anonymised. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not, according to its own information, associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

Furthermore, Google offers a deactivation add-on for the most common browsers, which gives you more control over what data Google collects about the websites you visit. The add-on tells the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that no information about the website visit should be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, the Google Analytics browser deactivation add-on does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analytics services we may use. You can obtain further information on installing the browser add-on via the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

Use of cookies
a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:

–  Transient cookies (see also b)

–    Persistent cookies (see also c)

b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include, in particular, session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. This enables your computer to be recognised when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser..

c) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a predefined period of time, which may differ depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.

d) You can configure your browser settings according to your preferences and, for example, refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. We would like to point out that you may not be able to use all the functions of this website.

f) The Flash cookies used are not collected by your browser, but by your Flash plug-in. Furthermore, we sometimes use HTML5 storage objects that are stored on your end device. These objects store the required data independently of the browser you are using and have no automatic expiry date. If you do not want Flash cookies to be processed, you must install an appropriate add-on, e.g. “Better Privacy” for Mozilla Firefox. (https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/betterprivacy/) or the Adobe Flash Killer Cookie for Google Chrome. You can prevent the use of HTML5 storage objects by using private mode in your browser. In addition, we recommend that you regularly delete your cookies and browser history manually.

Google Fonts
This website integrates external fonts from Google Fonts. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google Inc. The integration of the fonts is carried out by a server call at Google in the USA, whereby it can be assumed that requests are stored by Google. You can find more information about this in the Google Fonts FAQ at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq#what-does-using-the-google-fonts-api-mean-for-the-privacy-of-my-users and the Google privacy policy https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.

You have the right at any time to enquire free of charge and without delay about the data collected about you. You have the right at any time to revoke your consent to the use of your specified personal data with effect for the future.
